Head of Education in Madrid
We’re reinventing early childhood education through an online language learning platform for kids. We use the Netflix model to help children learn the English language via a content platform and online live classes with millions of users. Responsibilities

Manage and coordinate the education team
Learning Outcomes:
Develop methodology to automatically measure and track learning outcomes
Develop and manage research opportunities to demonstrate efficacy and success
Educational Content:
Oversee content to ensure instructional integrity and achievement of learning outcomes
Support development of lessons, stories, and activities as part of the long-term offerings
Curriculum:
Develop, maintain, and expand a five-year early literacy program
Design and development of Lingokids Curriculum, including parent guidelines
Video classes:
Development of teacher lesson plans to be used in the video classes
Supervise and train teachers to ensure quality of our video classes
Recruit, vet, hire and manage best-in-class online language teachers from around the world
Educators Program (non-profit):
Manage teachers relationships as part of our Educators program
Design and development of teacher guidelines and provide teachers with useful information to support differentiation and personalization in their classrooms

Requirements
Deep knowledge of literacy standards for early childhood education and ESL
Deep knowledge of curriculum, with emphasis on ESL, reading, and writing
Demonstrated skills with curriculum development and writing (examples required)
Teaching experience with young learners
Bachelor’s degree in related field; Master’s preferred (ESL, Curriculum Development, Reading)
Excellent English grammar and writing skills
Preferred
Expertise in educational content using alternative delivery systems (tablets, computer, etc.)
Experience in conducting research studies
