Brief:
Administrative assistant responsibilities include providing administrative support to ensure efficient operation of all incoming orders and processing. You will directly support US team manager through a variety of tasks related to orders, vendors and communication. The admin job scope includes communicating via phone and email ensuring that all administrative duties are completed accurately and delivered with high quality and in a timely manner.
Responsibilities:
Answering and directing client phone calls
Responding and producing memos, letters, e-mails and forms
Assisting in the preparation of regularly scheduled task reports
Providing general support to all clients
Requirements:
Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
Native or Profiency level required.
All interviews will be done in English by native speakers
Knowledge of office management systems and procedures
Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritise work
Attention to detail and problem solving skills
Strong organisational and planning skills
Proficiency in MS Office
What we offer:
Indefinite contract after 3 month experience period
Work hours: from 12.00 to 21.00 (1hr lunch)
