Looking for a room/ studio flat for Jan 15 or Feb 1

Hi, My name is Katie and I'm looking to rent a room in a shared flat or a studio flat starting January 15 or February 1. At this point, I can only commit to renting until May 15 because I do not know if I will be able to renew my visa. I leave for work very early in the mornings, so I am looking for a place that is very quiet in the evening/at night. If the flat is shared, I prefer to be in a nonsmoking environment and a place where the bathroom and kitchen are kept clean. My ideal location is close to Metro Line 7 between Cartagena and Canal.
