Bright, quiet and relatively big room (9 sqm) to rent from mid Nov. 2017 to June 2018.
The room is furnished with a double bed, a bedside table a desk, shelves and a big in-built cabinet.
You'll have your own bathroom (with shower, no bathtub).
The flat has a big living room, a relatively big terrace, and a kitchen , plus my room of course!
The flat is two-minute walk from Embajadores train and tube/subway station (line 3) .
The rent is 440 euros a month and includes everything (water, gas, electricity, internet). There is a month deposit.
I'm looking for a nice flatmate, preferently woman, who is quiet, clean, responsible, and above all DOESN'T SMOKE!
I'm a relatively quiet person (it doesn't mean dull or boring), I'm a French and English teacher, who also speak perfect Spanish and some Italian.
Apart from teaching I'm a photographer and videographer.
I like art exhibitions, architecture, History, culture, jazz music, good wines...
