I am moving in with my boyfriend and will no longer need my room from December.
It is close to Alto de Extremadura metro and is a large room with a double bed, wardrobe, table, individual heating and overlooks a cul-de-sac so quiet at night.
Shared kitchen (fully equipped), lounge and bathroom. Sharing with 2 non-smokers (1 Irish and 1 American).
Rent is 310€ a month plus bills (normally between 40-50 each month). Deposit required and contract supplied.
