British female in search of a language exchange partner

I am a language assistant working in Madrid.
I've been here for about a month and the move to a new city has overwhelmed me to the point where I am struggling to practise my Spanish on a day to day basis.
I study International Relations and Spanish in London so I am in need to improve my Spanish.

I can be outgoing and friendly, but I love to have meaningful conversations about politics/philosophy/psychology and the world and cultures in general, especially over a coffee ?? In both English and Spanish :)
I live near central, so I am happy to commute.
