Boxing/boxfit

Who wants to come out for fitness and boxing in Retiro? We'll be there Saturday at 11:30, price is 6€ and it all goes to our trainer (a refugee from Gambia). Classes are (mostly) in English, female friendly and no level necessary. WhatsApp 684 141 263. My name is Brendan.

Sessions normally last two hours, for the first class there is no need to bring equipment such as gloves, hand wraps, skipping/jump rope but if you continue to come I would recommend Decathlon or Amazon.
