Lovely Room in La Latina

Lovely Room Available in 3 bedroom flat in quiet street in La Latina. Just 5 mins from Plaza Mayor and 2 mins from two different metro lines. The room has a double bed, window, wardrobe, desk etc...There are two people living in the flat, a boy and me. We are both working professionals. Spanish and English is primarily spoken in the flat. We are looking for either a boy or grill between the ages of 25-35.The room is 450€ euros including bills (elec, water, gas, wifi....)
