hello . we are renting one of our three bedrooms for someone clean , solvent and responisble . our cosy home is located in Humanes renfe station which is about 25 minutes from ATOCHA . there are 3 bedrooms , all with a window , a kitchen and a sitting room , it is bright and warmand heated by gas natural . the area is very green and quiet . we are a young married couple with no kids . we are friendly , kind and quiet and we expect someone the same way . the flat is also totally furnished .the room is 250 euros a month with all included .water , heating , electercity and internet .give me a call and I will tell you more .
