Part-time english teacher

A part-time English teacher is required for a specialist school located in the Cuatro Caminos area in Madrid, although classes will take place all around Madrid.

The teacher has to be available from Monday to Thursday, around 14:00 until 18:00 (variable according to the assigned group)  and it is targeted at adults. Full training will be given. Own transport is essential.

Tasks include delivering face-to-face content, correcting students’ work and ensuring that the online platform is regularly updated.

Candidates must have ALL documentation in order, including work permits, (if not from an EU country) and social security affiliation. Preference will be given to teachers with a TEFL qualification, CELTA or DELTA, and/or a relevant degree. Given the nature of our work a ‘Certificado de Antecedentes Penales’ is also welcome although not essential. A knowledge of Spanish and IT skills are an advantage.

This position will be especially suited for ‘Autonomos’ although contracts can be given.

Although this is a temporary contract there is a very strong possibility that further work will be offered to the right candidate.
