Nice single room! – 1 month (September)

We are looking for a flatmate (girl), English mother tongue, for 1 month (September). 

The price is 320€ per month all inclusive: wifi, light, gas, toilet paper, napkins and house cleaning.

About the apartment…
It’s close to the city center of Madrid, next to Alto de Extremadura metro station (3 train stops from Plaza de España). Well communicated! It’s fully equipped with washing machine, fridge, microwave, tv, with a full equipped kitchen. Many market shops just beside the flat.

About the room…
It’s equipped with a single bed, sheets, towels, table, chair, wardrobe, lamp, with window.

About us…
We are a couple very open minded! We lived in different countries and we like meet people from different places.
