ROOM FOR RENT IN PUENTE DE VALLECAS

We are offering a nice room for 300€ rent plus expenses (Internet, electricity, water and gas). Usually around 360€ per month. It is located in Avenida Peña Prieta, close (2 minutes) to Puente de Vallecas where yo have the metro, and many buses to all over Madrid areas. Really well communicated, for instance yo can arrive at Sol from home in 20 minutes. The living room is quite big and there is also a big terrace. The apartment is clean, comfortable and quiet. It is a fully furnished apartment. There are 3 rooms, currently we are living an irish guy and me (spanish). There are 2 bathrooms, so one will be shared between 2 of us. No smoking allowed inside the house. We are looking for a nice flatmate, someone clean, responsible, well organized and respectful.
