Looking to rent room near Las Musas

I am moving back to Madrid at the end of August to teach English in a language school near metro stop Las Musas on line 7. I'd really like to find a room in a shared apartment close to Las Musas or Estadio Olímpico to move in September 1st. I'm 44 years old, friendly, easy-going, clean, and generally easy to live with.
