American Dialect training for native Spanish speakers

Hola!
I am an actress from New York with a BFA degree in Acting. Aside from performance, I have extensive experience tutoring and teaching voice and speech to fellow actors. I'm offering classes in English to actors or anyone who needs to learn how to speak with a proper American dialect. This class is great for adults (ages 18 and up) who want to learn the dialect and/or practice their English speaking in general! We will be using teaching materials from my University (the University of the Arts in Philadelphia, PA) to break down the sounds you will need to focus on in order to sound authentically American, and explore different regional sounds. You will bring in a text (short story, monologue, poem) of your choice to practice with. Most of all, this class will be a lot of fun!
