What to bring: Bring with you a towel and a bottle of water. You are going to get sweaty! Comfortable clothes that you can move in and appropriate footwear are also a must! (Changing rooms are available for those who need them.)

Other info: Just let them know at reception that you are going to Zumba with Ashley and they will let you through the stiles. The class is upstairs in Studio 10, but we normally meet in the patio before we go up. Any doubt, look for the guy with the beard!
