- 10 minutes walk to Gran Via / Sol
- 3 minutes walk to the closest Metro station San Bernardo.
- 30 seconds to the closest supermarket and renown bars and restaurants in Madrid.
- Naturally, the cost of rent includes the use of all facilities (kitchen, bathroom, dining area etc).
