I am renting a room in a shared flat in Concha Espina and Paseo de la Habana. Metro Santiago Bernabeu. SHORT TERM- (flexible)
The flat is spacious and has high ceilings (no need for AC as it´s pretty cool during the summer month) The bedroom has lots of light from a big window that looks out on to a quiet area, with trees.
