2 rooms for rent la latina

So I have two rooms in La Latina that will be available from the end of July to rent long term. I’m looking for 2 girls to rent, preferably, with a work contract. It's in La Latina, opposite the metro and 3 doors down from 100 Montaditos. It's 5 minutes from Lavapies, 10 from Sol and close to anything you need or want. It's a great apartment, super huge with 2 balconies, air conditioning and a laundry. The first room for rent has tons of shelves however no window. It’s €255 with gastos which usually come to €45-55/month. The second room is much larger and has 2 doors at €330 a month and gastos which usually come to €45-55/month. Deposit is €300. Both rooms come unfurnished, however if you would like to purchase the bed/desk/shelf/clothes rack for either room it comes in at 220/150 respectively.
