There is a fully equipped kitchen (microwave, stove, oven), a bathroom and living room. Water is included in the rent, only other bills are wifi and electricity. The apartment is fully furnished. The apartment is a 1 min walk to the Lavapies metro; there is a 24 hour Carrefour at the end of the street and many restaurants and bars in the neighborhood. The rent is 350 a month.
