BABYSITTER FOR JULY

I am looking for a native english speaker to stay in July with my kids. I have 2 children aged 8 and 4. I am looking for a friendly and cheerfull person who wants to be in Madrid from Monday to Friday and 08:00 to 15:00. We have good transport (metro and bus) and we live in an urbanization with swimming-pool.
