Room 230P/M+Utilities Portazgo line 1

There will be three of us total in a flat on the 4th floor with no lift. There's two Americans: 1 from the the U.S. and the other from Venezuela. (Designer and Programmer) We both work, we are fairly clean, healthy, highly respectful and around the age of 30. We are looking for someone who fits this profile. Smoking is allowed in the apartment, but we prefer that it stays in the bedroom. We usually don't have guests over, but it's generally not a problem as long as it's not more than one person several nights a week. We both generally wake up early in the morning is all. 

The place is inexpensive, and if we conserve on utilities it can be as low as 250 a month total. The neighborhood has everything you could need. Alcampo, Mercadona, restaurants.. Even Ikea isn't all that far away. The line goes north, directly to Sol, and the flat is about an hour walk from the center. 

I've lived in the center for a year, and I find this area to be much more relaxed. Plus it's nice to save money.
