OFFICE TO SHARE

I am a freelance English teacher and entrepreneur.  I have had a private office in Nuevos Ministerios for the past 2 years.  I have spent money on fully furnishing it and have resources to conduct classes for up to 6 people if necassary.  I am looking to share the office space for administration, class preparation, and possibly classes to another freelancer.

The size of the office is 15m squared, with 2x desks with office chairs, 2x whiteboards, bookcase, sofa, smartTV and multi-function printer.
