Director of Studies EF Madrid

EF Madrid is looking for an experienced Senior Teacher or Director of Studies to join our growing school in Madrid. 

Roles and Responsibilities

•	Conducting all necessary human resource and administrative duties
•	Scheduling classes
•	Induction of new teachers
•	Developing staff through regular training, coaching and feedback from observations.
•	Conducting performance reviews and helping teachers set goals to aid their development
•	Supporting sales with demo classes and student placement tests
•	Teaching up to 20  50 minute classes per week.


Requirements

•	EU passport holder (required)
•	CELTA or CertTESOL (required)
•	3+ years of teaching experience (required)
•	1+ year experience of teacher training and managing small teams (preferred)
•	DELTA or DipTESOL qualification (preferred)
