We offer a 40m2., attic room,  bathroom (separated) ,  for a young student/professional. Swimming pool and tennis court available. We can provide cooked meals at night. No Smoking. Cleaning and laundry included in price.
Nearest train, 15 min. walking. Bus, 12 min. into  Madrid- Moncloa  5 min. walk. Supermarket and Corte Ingles, 5 min. walking.
