Hi we are renting a room in our flat. Its fully furnished with double bed, big wardrobe, 500 month bills incl. (fast speed wifi and electricity), the flat is very big with 2 balconies and just off calle fuencarral. We prefer someone who is employed. no students sorry! long and short term accepted.
