AVOID THIS LANDLORD- Calle Magdalena, Anton Martin!

THIS IS A PUBLIC SERVICE ANNOUNCEMENT! AVOID THIS FLAT AND THE LANDLADY! 

Hello everybody! We are previous tenants of this flat on calle Magdalena 32 and she's trying to find new victims to rent her 3 bedroom flat for. We wish someone would have warned us about this landlady who goes by the name of "Mrs. Craven" or "Natalie."

 She has been a nightmare since day 1 and for the 5 months that we were living there. She's a liar and a racist. We had the contract for 9 months but she said she had to sell the house and leave Spain because she owns the building owner money for the lift that she refusing to pay for. She tried to kick us out with no warning and keep our deposits. 

We ended up leaving anyway because we couldn't deal with her anymore. She enters in the flat whenever she pleases without any warning or letting us know. She promised bills would be included like the wifi but a month later we never got our wifi she we had to contract our own and pay for it. The wifi doesn't work well in that building at all because it's so old. 

The place is disgustingly dirty and there was mold growing on my bedroom walls. The place hasn't been cleaned in years. She would send us threatening messages at all hours of the day and said that her husband was going to come sleep in the flat. 

She will only accept British English teachers and she will ruin the amazing experience you came to Madrid for. Save yourself, this place isn't worth having her in your life and losing money! Good luck with the flat search, we know it's hard but you'll find something soon!
