One roommate - adult Spanish woman - speaks some English but is great to practice Spanish with! She's looking for a girl to take over my lease. She's very nice and a pleasure to live with! 

You can't beat the location - in Malasaña directly across the street from the Noviciado metro stop (Line 2), 5 minute walk from Gran Via, less than 10 to Sol.
