Lovely bright room for rent in central Madrid - Lavapiés

Looking for a renter for the next 3 months at least. Short term renter could be considered too.Very nice single room with large windows that open onto a small balcony it also has a desk, swivel chair, large notice board storage space, shelves....The rest of the apartment is shared with me and is nice too I have a young friendly puppy too. I am looking for a female preferably who likes dogs ( she is hypoallergenic) rent is €325 not including bills. If interested send me a WhatsApp and I will send photos ?
