Double bed room in the heart of Madrid!!!

Hola!! We are looking for a flatmate to enter in the 1st of January ´17. We are in the heart of Madrid (Pza Mayor), 5 min walk from Sol. It has a big living room, a bathroom and a kitchen. Internet & telephone. Also central heating (important in winter). The room has high ceilings, a large window, VERY bright and silent ( interior). It has a double bed, a 3 door wardrobe and a desk. The house is 90m2  very quiet and bright.It´s the 5th flooy and has elevator. We are looking for an easygoing and peaceful person. ;) Long stays. We would be 3 in total in the flat.The price is 390€, plus expenses about 20-30€ a month (internet, telephone, electricity, water etc.) And 300€ deposit.
