One room 340 eur/month all included in a 3room apartment (74 m2): sunny balcony to quiet back street, kitchen with new appliances, newly furnished bath-room, spacious dining-living, bed-sofa and a very helpful day-porter!
Room is furnished with huge desk, single bed, wardrobe and a small storage. Bright 4 th floor.
On Calle Jose del Hierro, in between lively Calle Alcala and posh Calle Arturo Soria, 5min walking distance to Metro s green-line-5 (to La Latina,Chueca,Gran Via) or it s orange-line-7 (to Avenida America), bike-path straight down into the centre. You ll find all imaginable amenities on this street, from fishmonger and a food-market to hair-dresser and a public sports field with indoor swimming-pool, tennis, and all of it as well as lot s of restaurants and bars! Lots of free parking space around the house.
You'd be sharing with two: me, a 33 year old, open minded half German, half Spaniard (fluent in German, Spanish, English, Italian and French), who just moved back from Berlin and London to Madrid, where I lived for long, knowing it well, happy to show you around. I studied architecture and performative arts. Worked for long in the wine business.
And a 36 year old English teacher and guitarist from L.A., quiet, polite and very easy to live with.
Looking for someone relaxed, responsible, clean and organized, funny, certainly not boring, helpful and open minded who pays the rent on time ; ))
