English Conversation Classes for Spanish Leaner or Exchange

Hello There, 

I´m Jose, and I´m living so close of Puerta de Toledo (Madrid) and working at Cuzco underground area . I´m just trying to improve my spoken english. I´ve thought to pay arround 10€ per class of 1 hour and to spend 3 hours per week? is it possible to fix a good price for 3 hours? As well Iwould like to do exchange wit someone. I´m 32 years old and I´m working at digital advertising, I like football, series and movies...
