It has been renovated this summer. The flat has one bedroom, bathroom with shower and a nice living room with a fully equipped American kitchen. 
Located a few meters from Madrid Río, recreational and cultural area, where you can go out for a run or cycling. 
The metro is just one minute away in Marqués de Vadillo Square. 
If you prefer to walk, it will take you 15 minutes to get the historical center where you can find restaurants, shops and all places of interest.
