Spacious room available in four bedroomed flat close to Delicias metro / train station, two minute walk from bus stop served by lines 8, 19, 45, 47, 59, 85, 86 and 247.

€350 / month. Rent includes all utility bills (gas, electricity, water, heating, high speed internet connection). One month deposit required.

Current occupants; one Spanish guy (flat owner’s son), one English girl (English teacher) and one English guy (teacher / translator).
