Luminouse double bed room in the heart of Madrid!!

"Hi! We are looking for a flatmate to enter NOW!! The flat is in the heart of Madrid (Pza Mayor), 5 min walk from Sol. It has a big living room, a bathroom and a kitchen. Internet & telephone. Also central heating (important in winter). The room is big with high ceilings, a large window, very bright and silent ( interior). It has a double bed, a 3 door wardrobe and a desk. The house is 90m2 very quiet and very bright. We r looking for a cheerful, peaceful person :). Minimum stay 2 months. The price is 390€, plus expenses about 20-30€ (internet, telephone, electricity, water etc.) And a 300€ deposit. We would be 3 in total 1 spanish guy and another argentinian.
