ACADEMIC MANAGER FOR KIDS & US ALCORCÓN

KIDS & US ALCORCÓN, one of the top companies in the industry, is recruiting a bilingual Academic Manager.

REQUIREMENTS:
-Only bilingual speakers. English and spanish: proficiency level (C2).
-Passion for kids and education.
-Leadership and communication skills are needed.
-Experience in team management (3 to 6 people) in schools or english academies will be a plus.
-Candidates must live actually in Madrid.

WE OFFER:
-As Academic coordinator you will be responsible for a team of 4 teachers, you will organize all the activities in the school, classes, workshops, summer camps, etc and you will be in permanent contact with parents. You will also give support to the Director of the school in some areas.
-Innovative methodology rooted in the natural process of language acquisition.
-Training in Kids & Us methodology.
-Friendly work environment.
-Full-time contract (Working hours 11.30 to 20.00)
