MODERN AND SPACIOUS ROOM TO RENT

We have a room to rent in a modern and spacious flat for the summer. 
The room can be available for 2 or three months from July onwards. 
It is next to metro Alto de Extremadura and has numerous bus connections to the centre (la latina, sol, plaza mayor...)
There are shops, supermarkets and bars in the area too. 
The rent is 260 euros per month and the bills have worked out at about 50 euros per month (gas, electricity, water and internet).


Tenemos una habitación para alquiler en un piso moderno y espacioso para el verano.
La habitación puede estar disponible para 2 o 3 meses a partir de julio.
Se encuentra junto al metro Alto de Extremadura y tiene muchas conexiones con autobuses al centro (en latín , sol , cuadrado ... )
Hay tiendas, supermercados y bares en la zona también .
El alquiler es de 260 euros al mes y las facturas han sido mas o menos 50 euros al mes (gas, electricidad, agua e internet) .
