ROOM TO RENT, FOR AS LONG AS YOUR HEART DESIRES

Greetings all! 

It is with great sadness that I have to announce that I am leaving Madrid and therefore my cosy room in Chueca will be available to rent, from July 9th and onwards. You would be living with my dear friend Timothy (from Liverpool) in a chic 2 bedroom apartment (both rooms are doubles). Rent is €350 and bills are every 2 months (more or less) and can cost you about an extra €30 each.
