We are looking for a new housemate for our flat in an amazing location on Calle Toledo 63, La Latina. Big, beautiful room, nicely furnished with double bed and built in double closet. Currently living there; two young Spanish professionals who are both friendly and easy going. The flat is available from now (or June 1st) until February and possibly longer. 450 rent plus bills (usually 35 euros)
