Room wanted mid-June to mid-July

I am looking to rent a room/flat from mid-June to mid-July in or near Madrid. I am a clean, quiet, respectful, and considerate ladyperson from the U.S.. I work remotely, so good internet is important. 
Ideally, I'd like to pay 320E or less. I am also ok with pets (cats and dogs), so if you are in need of someone to take care of your cat or dog while you/re on holiday, I'd be happy to do it. (I can provide pet-sitting references if needed.)
