Single room in a lovely flat available from May. The flat is completely furnished with fibre optic internet, washing machine, dishwasher etc. The flat is on the fifth floor with a lift and a conciege. It's a quiet street but very central and five minutes walk to embajadores or acacias metro stations. It's a short walk to Lavapies and La latina too. It's a small room but you're welcome to use the living room whenever you want. Bills are included (internet, electricity, water).  I'm 30 years old and I'm looking for someone responsible to share with.

La habitación es pequeña pero puede utilizar la sala de estar cuando quieras. Hay un supermercado en la calle y esta 5 minutos a metro embajadores o Acacias. Muy cerca lavapies y la latina. Busco persona responsable.

Rent of 250euros, plus bills and 1 month deposit.
