babysiter for a 2 years baby boy

I need a babysitter 3 hours from Monday until Thursday from 16:30 until 19:30, and 2 nights a month (friday or Saturday) for a few hours.
I do not mind if the candidate is spanish or english, irish, american if can speak both lenguages. Thank you so much.
It would be for starting after Easter
