renting a room

We are renting a 13 sq room in Moralzarzal (not Madrid downtown!!), It is a three floor detached house with a small garden, It´s located very close to the bus station and takes about 40 minutes to get to Moncloa or to Plaza de Castilla.    

The room include a separate (private use) bathroom, wardrobe, window with stunning view of the mountain, bedside table, double bed and a desk. Available to move in on February/ March.

The owners lives in the same house, no kids, no pets, we are a very friendly couple. We speak english, spanish, french, catalán, portuguese... We have much experience in providing hospitality to young people. Preferably working people, quiet individual, neat and tidy, highly sociable, from the age of 28/30 onwards.

The rent is negotiable in accordance with your needs, there is a deposit in the amount of one month's rent.
