Two big rooms offered to rent from december, both with beds, table, window and big wardrobes. The appartment has four rooms and two bathroms, kitchen and a large dining room with nice views to the mountains of Madrid. The place is fully equiped and is located in the street of Isla de Arosa, 41 just beside the metro station of Avenida de la Ilustración (Line 7, north of Madrid city) and bus stops that connect with the city center in 25-30 minutes. The neighbourhood is not noisy at all and has a lot of shops and supermarkets, green areas, sport facilities and swimming pools and is just beside the big shopping mall of La Vaguada. The price of the rooms would be 350 euros with all the expenses included (water, light, central heating, air conditioning, wifi).
