ADOS- ASSISTANT DIRECTOR STUDIES********************:)

We are looking for an assistant or a senior teacher:

PROFILE REQUIREMENTS
-Must be a NATIVE ENGLISH speaker.
-Must have valid Spanish working papers.
-A TEFL or Celta certification is required.

*At least 2-3 years Business and General teaching experience at all levels teaching adults.
 
*At least 2-3 years experience working “in-company” – a good knowledge of relationships between corporate clients and language academies.

*Experience teaching one – to – one, large groups, etc, intensive and extensive courses,  telephone classes, as well as residential immersion courses.

A Tech Savvy candidate with Intermediate to Advanced working knowledge of Microsoft Office Programmes is preferable.

Experience managing small teams, i.e., team leader/head teacher
2-3 years Experience as a Teacher Trainer
Teacher Training Qualifications (courses attended, etc.) preferable.

Intermediate to Advanced level Spanish
Experience Level Testing
Experience Designing Course Programmes/Syllabus

The candidate must be a highly organised individual with the ability to multi-task, excellent communication skills and the capacity to work under pressure.
