2nd room - 550 euro (EN-suite) A large suite with bed, new bathroom/shower, small "living" area, closet and small kitchen with fridge/stove. Also has own door to "apartment" so it is an apartment within an apartment

In total there are 4 tenants (Woman preferable) Now, there are 2 English Speakers (1 American and one Spanish) who are working professionals - 23 & 26 years old. We are outgoing and social but don't want to have a "party" apartment, although we enjoy going out in Madrid! Looking for ages 23-30 years old.

**Wifi is included and all tenants will have to pay electricity/water. It really is a beautiful apartment and close to shops, restaurants and bar.
