Two hard-working, friendly people looking for someone to move in to a shared flat right next to Zarzaquemada train station.  We speak English, French and Spanish. 

The flat is fully furnished and equipped including dishwasher and fibre optic internet connection. It has a large sitting room plus a closed balcony with great views.

The floors are wooden and there is central heating and hot water on a natural gas boiler.

Zarzaquemada has two huge shopping centres: Isla Azul and Parque Sur with excellent gyms, restaurants etc. 

The flat is less than a minute's walk from the train station which will get you into Atocha in 20 minutes.  There is also a metro nearby and there are a lot of local shops, cafes, bars and parks.  It's also a great place to cycle or skate and plenty of parking spaces for cars.
