2 rooms to rent in Madrid

Hello there, I'm looking to rent out one or two of the rooms in my flat to someone calm, friendly and chilled out.  250€, expenses are around 30€ a month.  I speak Spanish, English and French fluently, I'm a hard-working and very sociable, friendly young man who loves to make friends from all over the world.  The flat is spacious, clean and comfortable, less than a minute's walk from the train station, all the amenities including 2 big shopping centres and a relaxing neighbourhood just 20 minutes from Sol. It's south so well connected if you're working in the south or the centre.
