Hi , i´m renting a room in santa eugenia neighboorhood
Great location , near metro,train, buses...Mercadona supermarket, gyms... close to the center of Madrid
The flat is spacious , furnished with air conditioner, huge living room , terrace, basketball court, paddle tennis and even a SWIMMING POOL ..the best thing in the summer of Madrid ;) 
You are going to share the flat with me , i am 33 years old guy from the north of spain .
I am looking for a responsible and calm worker around my age , boys or girls it doesn´t matter
The price of the room is 340 euros plus bills ..deposit required (two months)
