The flat, is located in the in the plaza mayor, best location possible in the city center available from now without limit of stay, or for the first of August.
 very spacious and bright living room, with a huge kitchen, the flat is massive an it is just in the plaza mayor.
1 min to the puerta del sol, in the city center the best location possible in Madrid, the flat has been fully refurbished some months ago,
 The rent 350Euros all bills included for Agust for the interior room, September and ownwards 450 all bills included.
And the massive 400 Euros for August (we can negotiate moving a bit earlier), and September and onwards the price vary a bit 500 Euros all bills included.
Deposit required (1 month) one person per room. the flat is very big; it has a nice bathrooms, a huge kitchen with all appliances, very nice , bright and wide living room, the nearest metro stations are sol and la latina, with plenty of day and night buses in the front door.
