Comfortable large room next to Atocha station

I'm renting out a very comfortable room right next to Atocha station.
Double bed (135x190) including bedding, wardrobe (200x100x50) desk, bookshelf, bedside table.  There's a shared sitting room, WiFi, classical ceramic flooring, it's a great flat to chill out in.  We are an English teacher and a profession football player/ French teacher.  Very calm, sociable, clean, healthy and open-minded people. We're non-smokers so ideally we'd prefer it if you didn't smoke in the house. The neighbourhood is brilliant: all the  supermarkets, loads of bars, cafés, restaurants, museums, Botanical garden. 20 min walk to Sol, 10 minute walk to Lavapiés, 10 min walk to Retiro Park and 15 min walk to Madrid Río Park.
